A project management department was established and lead by the project manager, site manager as the intermediate control, technical personnel and quality inspector for monitoring and supervising the whole procedure as three-tier management system, to appoint the duty from project manager to every production team member individually. The project management dept conform to relevant standard, drawing, quality guarantee manual issued by company and requirement of documentation to compile the quality assurance documents and manufacturing schedule, stringent according to this procedure line: Detect by own-self team member→Detect again since last time→Specific QC→Quality inspector of project→Supervision and inspection by field commissioner.
